I went to Phong Hai restaurant with my girlfriend and it was lovely. The food was fantastic, and very reasonably priced.

Have been here a couple of times for both eat-in and take-away and the food has always been a delight. The service is fairly quick, the staff is very friendly and the place looks very nice too.We were surprised when getting the bill because it was very cheap, compared to other Asian restaurants in the city. Great value! Would recommend it to anyone interested in Asian and especially Vietnamese cuisines.
